RAF Regiment Association Annual Reunion & AGM Weekend
TUESDAY 18th July – FRIDAY 21st July 2017
with Accommodation and Gala Night at
HALLMARK HOTEL CAMBRIDGE, Bar Hill, CB23 8EU
Tuesday
You may arrive from noon onwards – bar will be open. Rooms will be ready from 14.00.
Parking is available at the hotel.
19.00 Dinner is served in the Curtis Suite
Afterwards there is entertainment – Michelle Montuori, a female comedy vocalist
Wednesday
06.30 – 09.30 Breakfast in the Restaurant
09.45 Coach departs the hotel for the Cambridge – dropping you off on the ‘Backs’ where you can easily wander in to the centre of this University City. Admire the beautiful architecture and majestic college buildings. Explore quaint passages set around the historic market place and colleges, where a unique and relaxing shopping experience can be found.
The coach will return at 13:00 for those attending the AGM or at 15:30 for those that want little longer to shop!
14:30 AGM in the TBC Suite
19.00 Meet in the Augusta Suite for a Drinks Reception
19.30 Gala Dinner in the Cambridgeshire Suite followed by a Raffle & dancing to TBC
Thursday
06.30 – 09.30 Breakfast in the Restaurant
08.30 Prompt departure from the hotel to travel to RAF Honington for the Families Day & Presentation Parade.
During the day there is plenty of activities, with a parade and presentation of the New Colour for the 75th Anniversary of the Regiment. There will be an airshow with the Red Arrows, a Typhoon Display, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flt and the RAF Falcons parachute display team, plus other attractions. There is a Hog Roast at the Heritage Centre, tickets can be purchased on the day.
19.00 Coaches depart to return to the hotel.
21.00 Dinner served in the Curstis Suite. Socialise in the Bar.
Friday
06.30 – 09.30 Breakfast in the Restaurant
Please vacate rooms by 11.00 remembering to settle any extras before departure.
