Coaches will depart from the Hotel at 09.30 arriving at RAF Honington at approximately 11.00
1200 – 1300 lunch in the Airmens’ Mess on a pay as you dine basis.
1300 – Tour of the Heritage Centre
1400 – Annual General Meeting at the Heritage Centre. Depending on the finish time of the meeting there may be time for members to continue viewing the Heritage Centre.
Coaches depart at 1600 and arrive at approximately 17.30 at the hotel.
19.30 – Gala dinner.
Members who intend to travel independently to RAF Honington for the Annual General Meeting and Heritage Centre Tour only, must inform the National Secretary (contact details below), by no later than 1st October 2015. This is to allow sufficient time to process access to the station. Names of those travelling along with the vehicle registration, make, model and colour will be required by no later than 1st October. ID, i.e. driving licence must be produced on arrival at the station.
Please note that if you intend staying at the hotel on either of the packages full payment must be made to Isle of White Tours by 16th August 2015

The following Programme is scheduled. Those activities in BOLD are ‘to time’; all others approximate but sequential:
1040 – NMA Act of Remembrance and Service.
1115 – Corps Reception Desk in operation (< 1315 hrs) in NMA Visitors’ Centre.
1115 – AFD Parade.
1200 – Queen’s Colour and Standard Bearers’ Briefing (Visitors Centre).
1230 – Wreath Bearers’ Briefing at the Memorial Garden.
1300 – General assembly at NMA Visitors’ Centre – Arbor Restaurant facilities available.
1315 – Corps Reception Desk closes.
1320 – Marchers and Assocs’ Standard Bearers assemble under the control of the Parade Marshal
– Non-Marchers proceed direct to RAF Regiment Memorial Garden.
1330 et seq – March-on of The Queen’s Colour for the RAF Regiment.
– RAF Regiment Contingent Marches to RAF Regt Memorial Garden.
– The Queen’s Colour Party takes position in the Memorial Garden.
– VIP Party takes position in the Garden.
– Formal Photographs taken.
1340 – RAF Regt AMCS commences.
1400 et seq – Service Ends – Closing Address by the CG.
– Informal photo opportunity.
– March-off of The Queen’s Colour.
– March-off of the Assoc Standards.
1430 – Refreshments (Pay-as-you-dine)
* In the event of inclement weather, a decision to either curtail, modify or cancel the outdoor Corps Service events will be made by the Regimental Secretary in consultation with the appropriate RAF Regiment staffs.
