It has been announced that Sgt J Verney of II Sqn RAF Regt has been selected as the 2013 Winner of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals (WCoSP) annual NCO Leadership Award. The award recognizes Sgt Verney’s exceptional leadership performance on operations in Afghanistan, at the 2012 London Olympic Games and his work on the RAF Regt’s inaugural Individual Contingency Readiness Training package. The Trophy and certificate will be presented at a formal WCoSP event later in the year.
