Full Member: Those who have served as RAF Regiment, or RAuxAF Regiment, officers or gunners. RAF Firemen (1959-1975) and RAF Regiment (Malaya).

Associate Member: Immediate family members of Full Members. British & Commonwealth Armed Forces who have served on the strength of RAF Regiment formation or unit.

Honorary Member: By invitation to members of RAF Regiment-related USAF or other national Air Forces units and others not qualified as above.
